These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 89pkr governing your use of the 89pkr platform, including all gaming products, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support functions. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any winnings or bonus funds associated with such accounts will be voided and forfeited without appeal.
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the account registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address if provided. 89pkr is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate registration information provided by the User. Any material misrepresentation in registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Users must not access or use the 89pkr platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the User to verify that their use of the 89pkr platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to them in their location. 89pkr makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 89pkr account login credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. 89pkr will never ask you to share your password with any member of staff or third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether such activity was actually performed by you.
89pkr requires all Users to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC verification requires submission of a clear photograph or scanned copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued identity document. 89pkr may additionally request proof of address or source of funds at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions. All KYC documents are processed in accordance with 89pkr's Privacy Policy.
If you suspect that your 89pkr account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you become aware of any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify 89pkr immediately through the live chat support or by email at [email protected]. 89pkr will investigate all reports of unauthorised account access and may temporarily freeze an account pending investigation to protect the security of player funds.
89pkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer). All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any fees charged by the User's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the User and are not reimbursable by 89pkr.
Users must only deposit funds from payment accounts in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment methods not registered to the account holder are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of associated funds. Users must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means, and 89pkr is obligated to report any suspicious deposit activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Note on Deposit Limits: Users may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their 89pkr account settings as part of the platform's Responsible Gaming tools. Once a deposit limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.
Withdrawals from a User's 89pkr account are subject to the following conditions: (a) the User's KYC verification must be complete and approved; (b) the User must not be subject to any account restriction, investigation, or suspension; (c) any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied before the underlying deposit amount can be withdrawn; and (d) the withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold of Rs 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods.
89pkr targets the following withdrawal processing times for KYC-verified accounts: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 2 to 4 hours on average; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers — 8 to 24 hours; IBFT transfers — 12 to 48 hours. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed deadlines. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, on Pakistani public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the User's own name and ideally matching the payment method used for the most recent deposit. 89pkr will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. 89pkr charges no fees on withdrawals.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 89pkr are subject to wagering requirements and promotional terms specific to each offer. Where a specific promotional offer does not state otherwise, the following general bonus terms apply: (a) bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds are withdrawable once wagering requirements are met; (b) bonus funds expire if unused or if wagering requirements are not met within the promotional period; (c) 89pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer that has not yet been activated by the User at any time.
The 89pkr welcome bonus — consisting of a 150% first deposit match up to Rs 15,000 and 200 free spins — is available exclusively to new 89pkr account holders making their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is activated automatically upon a qualifying first deposit meeting the Rs 500 minimum. Welcome bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of twenty times (×20) the total bonus amount, to be satisfied within thirty (30) calendar days of activation. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, all bets on that event — including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, and international sporting events — will be voided and all stakes returned to the User's account. Exceptions may apply where specific market rules for a given sport provide otherwise, as outlined in the applicable sport-specific betting rules accessible in the 89pkr sportsbook.
In-play (live) betting markets at 89pkr are updated in real time. There may be a delay between actual match events and the availability of in-play markets. 89pkr is not responsible for any advantage or disadvantage created by such delays, and reserves the right to void any in-play bet that was placed with the benefit of knowledge of match events that occurred before the bet was accepted by the system.

In the case of account closure due to a breach by the User, all associated bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 89pkr's total liability to any User in connection with the 89pkr platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that User's account at the time the relevant claim arises. 89pkr shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect or consequential loss; (c) any loss arising from technical malfunctions, network failures, or third-party payment system errors; (d) any loss caused by events beyond 89pkr's reasonable control including acts of God, governmental action, war, natural disasters, or widespread internet outages. By registering an account on 89pkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include: KYC verification and identity document processing; transaction monitoring for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering compliance; communication of account-related and promotional information to your registered contact details; and technical logging of platform usage for security purposes. 89pkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
